The synagogue was designed by
John McLeod and Nathan S. Joseph

 and built in 1879-81
in "Romanesque revival"
style.

Cathcart Trinity Church in South Side of Glasgow

St. Columba Church in St. Vincent Street

Opened on 17th September 1904.

Built in the Gothic Revival style.

 It was designed by architects Tennant and Burke

 It is a category B listed building.

Because of its size and association with Gaeldom

 and the Gaelic language
it is also popularly known as

 the
Highland Cathedral.

Designed by Alexander " Greek " Thomson

Built in 1859 for the former United Presbyterian Church of Scotland.
 

It is a Category A listed building.

St. Patrick's Church in Anderston District of Glasgow

St. Patrick's Church in Anderston District

St Patrick’s parish was founded in 1850.

The foundation stone of the present church was laid in 1896.

and the church opened in 1898.

It was designed in Early Decorated style by Peter Paul Pugin

 and is of Locharbriggs stone, a red sandstone

 used in many  public buildings in Glasgow

 including the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
